Tories to turn by-election for Boris seat into ‘referendum on Sadiq Khan’s Ulez’

Conservatives are seeking to turn a by-election in Boris Johnson’s former constituency into a “referendum on Sadiq Khan’s Ulez”.

Ministers and MPs are heading to Uxbridge and South Ruislip, where Mr Johnson quit as MP, to try to stop Labour seizing it by over-turning a Tory majority of more than 7,000.
