2K announced that the Standard Edition for TopSpin 2K25 is launching worldwide on April 26. For those wondering, this title is actually a revival of a beloved tennis video game simulation series. After all, it's been quite a while since a TopSpin game has been released.
The game is going to be available for the PC through Steam along with consoles PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and the Xbox Series X/S. Those who can't wait for the release date can get the Deluxe Edition or the Grand Slam Edition and obtain early access from April 23. The Standard Edition of TopSpin 2K25 features tennis legends Roger Federer and Serena Williams on the cover. These legends are also the same ones of the digital only Grand Slam Edition. However for the Deluxe Edition, the cover is going to have some of the top current stars in the sport like Carlos Alcaraz, Iga Świątek, and Francis Tiafoe.
New Features
For those who are fans of the series, there's no question that they'll be excited about this one especially with the innovation implemented. This included being able to visit and compete in some of the iconic venues. The game actually features 48 unique courts where 15 of those are real-life venues. There are even going to be outdoor venues where players get to choose from three different times of the day to play.
Players can also try MyPLAYER where they not only get to test their skills but even show off their prowess on the World Tour. They can also join 2K Tour as a playable pro and challenge players from around the world.
