The fashion entrepreneur with 29.5 million followers on Instagram is at the heart of a scandal surrounding her 2022 endorsement of a pandoro cake -- a Christmas treat similar to a panettone -- purportedly to raise funds for children undergoing treatment at a Turin hospital.
