Top Irish solicitor advises hospitality workers on rights as some work 60+ hour weeks with no breaks

A well-known Irish solicitor has given advice to those working in the hospitality industry after receiving a message from someone asking for help as they continue to work 60+ hour weeks.

Richard Grogan firstly reminded those working in Ireland’s now-thriving service industry, that just because they hold a role like a Chef, doesn’t mean they have no rights.

He took to TikTok, on his page which has garnered over 275,000 followers for his no-nonsense breakdown of Irish law, and explained exactly what people working in this industry should be ensuring they have.
