Top Irish cyclist Imogen Cotter has said she feels 'lucky to be alive' after she was hit by a car in training in Spain.
The Clare native was left with serious injuries and has already had surgery in hospital following the incident.
Cotter, the 2021 Irish national champion, has described her serious injuries after she was struck by a car overtaking another cyclist on the opposite side of the road.
