You will lead the performance and set-up direction of their fleet of high-performance vehicles, with a primary focus on modern and historic Formula 1 cars and cutting-edge hypercars. You will also support their GT3 race program as needed.
Candidates will have experience in Formula 1, GT3, WEC or other top-tier motorsport and a strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, data analysis and race strategy.

The key responsibility for this role is to provide strategic support for trackside events including all FIA Formula 1 championship races and some test events from either trackside or the Factory Race Support Room.
You will have experience in data analysis, numerical and statistical methodologies and their applications and at least three years’ experience within a high-level motorsport environment.
5. Stake F1 Team - Vehicle Simulation Internship - Hinwil
The Stake F1 Team has an opportunity for a Vehicle Simulation Internship.
On this six or 12 month internship you will get the chance to analyse and improve the numerical accuracy and robustness of the simulation models.
To be considered you will be a Master’s or PhD student in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
