‘Too many incidents’ at BBC, says minister after racial slur in Baftas broadcast

Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy has said there have been “too many incidents of this kind” at the BBC, after it broadcast a racial slur during its coverage of the Baftas.

Ms Nandy said she was “deeply concerned” by the incident and the Government was “not satisfied” with the corporation’s initial response.
