Manchester United supporters are far from happy after hearing about Zidane Iqbal's imminent move to FC Utrecht.
MEN Sport understands an offer has been accepted, believed to be around €1million, with the youngster preparing to pen a four-year deal after completing his medical on Monday.
The 20-year-old was handed no first-team opportunities over the course of the 2022/23 season, failing to make an appearance under Erik ten Hag despite being named in the matchday squad 17 times.
Widely regarded as one of the more promising academy products to come through in recent years, news of Iqbal's imminent departure came as a shock to many United supporters. And that shock turned to anger upon learning of the fee.

Iqbal joined the United academy in 2012, working his way through the age groups before signing his first professional contract in April 2021.
The Iraq international made his first-team debut as an 88th-minute substitute in a Champions League game against Young Boys in January of last year, although he has not made another United appearance since. Iqbal is now preparing to join an FC Utrecht side who finished seventh in last season's Eredivisie.
He'll be hoping to earn regular game time with the first team in the Netherlands having already made his senior international debut. Iqbal has three caps for his native Iraq having first appeared for his country in 2022.
