Tony Gorman revealed the Dungannon Swifts dressing room was a totally different one to recent weeks as they picked up only their second win of the campaign on Saturday.
Rhyss Campbell's second half strike sealed the win for the Swifts over Glenavon and Gorman told BBC Sports Sound it was just rewards for the efforts.
"It's a totally different dressing room today than it has been over the last couple of weeks," said the Dungannon head coach.

"Our last four or five performances have been really good.
"We played Glentoran, Cliftonville and Larne and were very disappointed not to come away with anything.
"We had the same level of performance today but there was a desire to do whatever it took to get the three points.
"Our worst performance of the season so far was away at Mourneview when we got beat 5-0, it was really men against boys that day.
"All the players and staff were really hurt because it was a devastating defeat.
"We've eradicated the ghost of that performance today and we're delighted."
