"Tomodachi Life" centers on creating Miis, giving them things they enjoy, and solving their daily problems. Each Mii has a happiness level that rises when they eat favorite foods, receive gifts, get new outfits, or receive help with friendships and romance.
As Miis level up and new residents move in, the island unlocks more locations, shops, and events, so early habits shape long-term progress.
