John Fury has launched a scathing tirade upon Jake Paul - claiming that the American is 'a bum' and is 'terrified' of his son Tommy as the pair prepare to lock horns.
With a 100 per cent record so far in his short career, 23-year-old Tommy's next fight looks set to be against YouTube sensation Paul, who himself has a record of six wins from six fights himself. A fight had already been agreed with the Ohio-born star twice before, though an injury to Fury - brother of Tyson - set the first bout back, before the rematch was again postponed due to Fury having travel issues to the USA.
However, with a third fight tipped to happen in February or March, coarse-voiced John has poured cold water on any potential fight happening - saying the Paul is 'terrified' of a potential fight with Tommy, calling him 'a bum' and 'jack s**t' to anything.

“You could offer him [Paul] a million dollars, he doesn’t want to fight Tommy," Fury Sr told FreeBets.com. "He just wants to wear the Fury name out from his brand. I’ve said to Tommy, we are going to move on, ‘don’t do any more tweets or anything else’.
"There is other big people we can talk to, they need to give Tommy what he is worth. He [Paul] is the A-side to absolutely jack s***. He is A-side to jumping off bridges and filming daft stuff for viewing figures. Listen, I'm afraid it is going to be the fight that never happens. Tommy is a fighting man, he is trained to fight anybody. He is doing really well. If others can’t see the potential in Tommy, they need to go Specsavers. I am just sick of talking about that coward I was not interested in.
"I took pity on him, he is a bum in my eyes. Jake Paul, I just think he is terrified of us. They won’t pay Tommy what he is worth, he [Paul] thinks he is A-side, the Furys are the biggest name in boxing. He is a YouTuber, he has made his money from other avenues. Whatever it is with gloves on, we are in the lead because we are pugilists.
"The kid [Paul] doesn't want to fight Tommy. I think this is going to be a case of the fight that never happens. It is another Tyson-AJ, this fight. One man wants to fight, the other doesn't.
"I don't think it is about the money, I just think he doesn't want to lose to Tommy. Tommy will knock him out, he had to put his brakes on in that exhibition, the guy has done us a favour at late notice."
