Tommy Fury vs Eddie Hall start time, rules, weight and how to watch fight this weekend

This weekend, Tommy Fury will take on Eddie Hall in a boxing match that is sure to be eye-catching.

Fury is a former Love Island star and a half-brother of ex-heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, and the 27-year-old has built his own professional boxing career since 2018.

The Briton is 11-0 (4 KOs) and holds wins over the likes of YouTubers Jake Paul and KSI, while compatriot Hall has boxed just once, losing to fellow retired strongman Hafthor Julius Bjornsson in 2022.

Much of this fight has been billed around the weight difference. Fury typically competes at cruiserweight and weighed in at 14st 4lb (94kg) in his most-recent fight, a points win over Kenan Hanjalic last May. Meanwhile, Hall, 38, weighed over 28st 8lb (181kg) during his strongman prime.

Here’s all you need to know:

When is the fight?

Fury vs Hall will take place at Manchester’s AO Arena on Saturday 13 June, with main-event ring walks taking place at 10.30pm BST. Beforehand, the undercard will begin at 6pm BST.

How can I watch it?

The fight will stream live exclusively on DAZN pay-per-view, at a cost of £14.99 / $59.99. You do not need a DAZN subscription to purchase the fight, but plans are available here, starting at £15.99 per month.

Rules

The fight will be contested at heavyweight, but apparently with no weight limit, meaning Hall is expected to be significantly heavier than Fury. The bout is an exhibition contest, meaning the result will not affect either man’s pro record, and it is scheduled for six two-minute rounds. Traditional boxing rules with otherwise apply.

Hall – 5/2

Draw – 16/1
