Tommy Fury has guaranteed that he will show up for his fight against Jake Paul, with 'TNT' defiantly making it clear that he would not withdraw after failing to appear at last week's press conference.
Fury was absent from last week's promotional event in Saudi Arabia, prompting fears that history was set to repeat itself and the Love Island star would withdraw. However, having made two previous withdrawals he has made it clear that he intents to fulfil his obligation to fight against the American on February 26.
Fury withdrew for a first time in December 2021, citing a combination of injury and illness for not being able to take on Paul for their first arranged fight. The bout was then rearranged for last summer, with Fury then withdrawing due to problems being allowed into the United States amid Visa problems.

Fury's partner Molly-Mae Hague has recently given birth to a baby girl and despite the understandable professional complications this causes, Fury has reiterated his focus on beating Paul in an exclusive interview with Mirror Fighting.
"At the end of the day, if I cared about what people thought about me I probably wouldn't be in this position in the first place," Fury explained. "I don't care what anybody thinks about me as long as God knows I'm doing good, my family; my missus and my baby.
"They're the opinions that I care about. At the end of the day, everyone's going to have an opinion, let them think what they're going to think. I will be there bright and early in Saudi Arabia, ready for this. There's no worries of me not showing up to this fight.
"The two previous fights that didn't go ahead were completely out of my hands, they had nothing to do with me whatsoever. What happened is what happened, but I am fit, I am conditioned, I'm here, I'm ready and I will be in Saudi don't worry about that."
Paul has an unbeaten professional record in the ring, but the 25-year-old from Ohio has never faced a boxer with the pedigree of Fury. While it is not expected that Fury will reach the level of brother Tyson, his professional record of eight wins and zero losses with four knockouts marks him out as being above the calibre of the fights previously taken on by Paul.
