Tommy Fury's sparring partner has suggested the star will "murder" Jake Paul with a right-hand combination on Sunday night.
Fury is set to finally get his chance to settle the scores with YouTube star Paul this weekend in a boxing showdown in Saudi Arabia. The British star had been training hard back in the UK ahead of flying out to the Middle East for fight week, as he looks to deliver a hammer blow to his bitter rival's career.
Ex-Love Island winner Fury insisted it is the hardest he has been training to prepare for the showdown, and reports even indicated the 23-year-old had fractured a sparring partner's jaw. His work ethic can be confirmed by training partner Jimmy Kelly who has insisted Fury has shown in training that he has all the tools to dispatch of Paul inside the distance.
“Tommy has underrated range and reach. He has a massive reach. He has massive shoulders and dead long arms," Kelly told Casinos En Ligne when discussing the upcoming clash. "He'll feint a lot, use his jab and side step. And I think that's going to murder Jake in my opinion. I think Jake will look to slip punches and land an overhand right - but that shot is not going to be there.
"He's going to be found falling square all the time. The last few times I sparred Tommy you could really see how he uses his range. And I just see Jake struggling with the range. I see Jake looking for that right hand and Tommy moving away from it and eventually when Jake over commits and comes square, I think Tommy jabs, lean backs and the right hand lands when Jake gets over eager and that's the shot that will do him.
"The level of his opponents is another factor but I've seen the level in the gym - and this fight his level is going to be transferred to the ring. Tommy's been boxing since he's a kid. The deciding factor though will be the distance. Feint, jab, move - walk away from the right hand. It'll be an easy night."

Fury is likely to be under significant pressure given his background in the sport, while having also worked with WBC heavyweight champion sibling Tyson. There has been plenty of hard work for the Briton who could face an uncertain future if he does pick up a first career loss to the influencer.
However the 23-year-old has insisted that he wouldn't even need a training camp to dismiss his rival's challenge and is supremely confident of having his hand raised. Meanwhile Paul has won his first six fights as a professional and believes he has what it takes to silence critics and beat a natural boxer.
