Tom Sandoval's former assistant, Ann Maddox, made her Vanderpump Rules debut in January 2024, and her appearance on the Bravo show has sparked discussion among fans. Ann first appeared during VPR season 11, where she found herself caught in the middle of Sandoval and Ariana Madix's breakup. The tension arose when Sandoval wanted to host a birthday party for himself at their shared home, despite no longer being in a relationship with Ariana. This led to an uncomfortable conversation between Ann and Ariana, where Ariana expressed her disapproval and deemed the idea disrespectful and inappropriate.
Since her appearance on Vanderpump Rules, it appears that Ann is no longer working as Sandoval's assistant. In a January 2024 episode of 'The Viall Files' podcast, Tom Schwartz mentioned that Ann had resigned the previous week. There is speculation that Sandoval's cousin, Josh, has taken over Ann's role as his assistant. Sandoval himself confirmed this during an interview on the 'Billie and The Kid' podcast in February 2024, mentioning that Josh is currently his assistant.
