Australia national team manager Graham Arnold says he won't be pestering Celtic hero Tom Rogic for a decision on his future.
The attacking midfielder is without a club after bringing the curtain down on his nine-year Hoops stint in May. Speaking recently, the Socceroos boss said he had 'concern' over Rogic after he missed June's World Cup play-off with Peru that booked progress to the World Cup in Qatar. He hadn't heard from him since but has now, and says the next transfer will be left to the former Celtic star and his representatives.
Aussie boss Arnold said: "I get asked whether I've heard from him but you understand I have to leave him alone as well. I know what Tommy's like. I've known Tommy since 2010-11 and I'm not pestering him or sending him texts all the time. I sent one text quite a while ago to make sure that he was okay mentally and everything was fine and he replied 'yes' and that's it.

"I'm here to give advice if that's necessary but at the end of the day it's up to Tommy and his agent to find what's best for Tommy.
"Then we as a national team, or me as the national team coach, work with him from that."
Rogic enjoyed nine trophy-laden years at Parkhead and spent one term working with former national team boss Ange Postecoglou, winning the Premiership together.
