Sir Tom Jones has answered the prayers of Welsh music fans who failed to get tickets for his summer gigs in Wales' capital city by announcing a third and final date for his first headline concert on home turf in 20 years. Read more on that here.
The legendary singer, 82, will be taking to the stage at Cardiff Castle - organised by DEPOT Live - on Saturday, August 5 for his third homecoming gig at the historical venue - as part of his Ages and Stages tour - it was revealed on Monday, March 27. The announcement comes just weeks after news of his first two dates in the capital (Friday, July 21 and Monday, July 24) sold out in minutes.

Tickets for the newly-announced August date start at £65 and will go on general sale this Friday, March 31 at 10am via Ticketmaster.
How to get Tom Jones tickets
While most gigs have the option for those keen enough to sign up for pre-sale tickets, meaning they can bag a spot at the concert ahead of the crowd, Tom Jones' third date is catering for the masses and only has the option to buy tickets via Ticketmaster on one date: Friday, March 31.
The tickets will go live at 10am on that date and, if it's like any of his previous dates, are likely to sellout within minutes, so make sure you are prepared.
