Tom Holland opens up on sobriety after alcohol ‘got in the way of his professional life’

  • The British actor explained that alcohol was 'ultimately really getting in the way of my professional life' and compounded stress, whereas sobriety has made him feel 'more confident' and 'clear-headed' daily.
  • Holland previously revealed that his initial attempts to stop drinking were challenging, as he struggled with social situations and constantly thought about alcohol, before ultimately finding profound happiness and clarity by abstaining until his birthday.
