Tom Cruise's appearance beside Taylor Swift at the Kansas City Chiefs' season opener is being framed by an unnamed individual as a potential career move for the actor, although neither Cruise nor Swift has publicly confirmed that claim and no independent evidence has been produced to support it.
Cruise, 64, and Swift, 36, were photographed talking in a suite at Arrowhead Stadium during Kansas City's 31–10 victory over the Denver Broncos on 14 September. Cruise later said their conversation centred on football, as well as music and films.
