The famous actor, who recently confirmed he is not retiring any time soon, has always been known for his stunning looks and incredible talent. The 80s were an iconic decade for Cruise and his breakthrough into Hollywood including starring in films Taps (1981), Risky Business (1983), The Outsiders (1983). Cruise charmed viewers as a young hunk with bright blue eyes, an impeccable jaw line, and charismatic smile.
Cruise was centre of the spotlight and rising to fame in the '80s with his daring role as Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell in the famous Top Gun - grossing over $357 million. In a nationwide survey Cruise was ranked the second sexiest actor of the decade, just behind Johnny Depp.

During an interview with Playboy in 2012, he was posed the question if he'd ever gotten plastic surgery to keep up his youthful appearance to which Cruise confirmed at the time that he had never had surgery and would never.
Looking forward to 2021, rumours flew that Cruise had gotten plastic surgery done when the Mission Impossible star was spotted at a baseball game in San Fransisco. After seeing the photos, fans hypothesised the actor had gotten filler due to how puffy his face looked, but as time passed the swelling went away.
