NFL superstar Tom Brady has rubbished talk of a shock return.
Reports in the USA claimed that Brady might U-turn on his decision to retire amid talk of a possible move to the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins have been heavily linked with a move for Brady amid uncertainty about their starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.
Tagovailoa's durability was an issue last season with the Hawaii native missing the play-off game against the Buffalo Bills. Brady, meanwhile, called time on a legendary career in the NFL at the start of February, promising that he was definitely ending his time in the game.

The 45 year-old reversed a decision to retire in 2022, coming back for last season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who finished the season with a wildcard play-off loss to the Dallas Cowboys. NFL Network reporter Rich Eisen claimed on Monday that Brady might eye a return to the NFL as teams line up their quarterback targets ahead of the beginning of the season in around six months.
"This one just blew my mind: Tom Brady might not be done after all,' Eisen said. "A couple of people were just like 'hang on, just you wait'.
"And I was like, 'he's Instagramming out pictures of his cat' but it doesn't look like he's getting big and fat, does it? "Let it play out, let's see who wants what."
Brady had a clear response for Eisen and fans waiting on Brady's next move. "Anyone who thinks I have time to come back to the NFL has never adopted a 2 month old kitten for their daughter," Brady wrote on social media in response to Eisen.
Brady was drafted in round 6 of the NFL draft and is a seven-time Super Bowl champion after spending 19 years with the New England Patriots and his final two seasons at the Buccaneers.
