Former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was recently defeated in a throwing challenge by a high school quarterback.
The NFL legend competed against Jake Balanovich from Cyprus Bay High School in Florida. This was part of a YouTube challenge proposed by YouTube legend Mr. Beast.
The challenge involved throwing footballs at balloons. The balloons that Brady threw at were smaller, so as to create an even level of competition. Balanovich popped all of his balloons first and ended up taking home the $100,000 prize.
Accuracy is not exactly a problem for the high school quarterback. He has completed 106-of-175 passes for 1,551 yards and 14 touchdowns in his high school season.
Not every high school quarterback can say they beat Tom Brady in something. This is quite an accomplishment for Balanovich and a notch in his proverbial belt for not only his high school season but for the rest of his life.
