A toddler was "left looking like Friar Tuck" after chopping off her long locks in "about a minute" while her mum was in the bathroom.
Two-year-old Chloe Hope chopped the top of her previously shoulder-length blonde locks into a 1cm-long circular patch on the top of her head, resembling the style of the Robin Hood character and appeared pretty pleased with her handiwork.
