Chelsea have rocked the footballing world this season having spent around over £500million on new signings - more than any other club in one season - but co-owner Todd Boehly is tipped to continue that spree when the transfer window next re-opens.
Several players including Mykhailo Mudryk, Benoit Badiashile and Enzo Fernandez - for a British transfer record fee - signed last month, helping contribute to a record-breaking January transfer window in which £1.29 billion was spent globally by football clubs.
The remainder of the season should set out a clearer plan of what Chelsea need to do to progress under Graham Potter next year as they seek to recover the current gap between themselves and the Champions League spots.

At the moment there appears to a clear midfield theme in the names linked with the switch to Stamford Bridge. Here is a breakdown of who the bookies have tipped to join the Blues:
Moises Caicedo - 5/1
The race for Caicedo reached boiling point in the final days of the January window, as the Ecuadorian announced his intention to move away social media amidst bids from Arsenal, before Brighton would suspend the player and block his dream for now.
Chelsea are also known to be keen admirers, and could use Potter's personal rapport with the player from his time on the south coast as the Seagulls' manager to trump their rivals.
The only stumbling block in any deal would be his current club. They may be more amenable to sell in the summer, however an evaluation upwards of £70 million, based off Arsenal's late bids, has certainly raised eyebrows nationwide.
Declan Rice - 7/1
The former Chelsea academy player was also tipped to switch from the east to the west of the capital in January, though the final weeks of last month were rather quiet on this front.
Again, Arsenal are down as favourites to sign the defensive midfielder at shorter odds of 9/4, though a move to Chelsea could be advantageous to all parties - Rice joins his boyhood club, Chelsea get their man, and maybe even convince Mason Mount to tie himself to the club to play alongside his childhood friend.
Neymar Jr - 8/1
Perhaps the most surprising name on the list given Todd Boehly 's policy of investing in youth, it would be interesting to see how Neymar would be thrown into the mix in this Chelsea side.
The Brazilian has been linked with the Blues on previous occasions, and whilst his quality is undeniable, Chelsea would have to ask themselves would it be worth it when players Mudryk need opportunities at the highest level.
Additionally, if Chelsea were to call PSG back to the negotiation table, it is still unclear as how they would act, given the sour note that was left between the two clubs following Hakim Ziyech 's failed deadline day loan.
Jude Bellingham - 16/1
The hottest property in English football at this current moment, Bellingham has suitors across the continent and Chelsea appear to be one of them.
Blues fans should get a good look at him when they face Dortmund in the upcoming Champions League Round-of-16 tie, and whether or not this forces them to join Real Madrid and Liverpool in leading the chase for the midfielder, only time will tell.
James Maddison 25/1
Finally, Chelsea have been tipped to make a move for Leicester City's Maddison after making his influence at his current club known to all.
The 26-year-old's return from injury before the World Cup coincided with an upturn in the Foxes' form, and in total has scored eight and assisted four in 15 Premier League appearances this campaign.
This top-flight experience and creative threat is exactly what Chelsea have been crying out for in recent months, and if a move does go ahead it could be one of the biggest steals in recent memory.
