Al Roker looks completely different in his latest social media post.
The Today Show host, 68, who was recently admitted to hospital with blood clots in his legs and lungs, took to Instagram on Wednesday to offer well wishes to his pal Jay Leno who has also had a recent health scare.
The 72-year-old comedian suffered serious burns to his hands and face last week after one of his vintage cars erupted into flames in a horror accident.
Al shared a series of snaps of the pair throughout the years as he wished his friend a "speedy recovery".
In the first picture, which was from 1992 before his 100 pound weight loss, Al looks drastically different.
The TV personality smiled beside Jay as the pair posed for the camera moments before an episode of The Tonight Show kicked off.
A decade after the picture was taken, Al underwent stomach bypass surgery to help him on his weight loss journey after ballooning to 340 pounds.
The second snap was a more up-to-date image of the two friends as they smiled for a selfie.
Captioning his Instagram post, Al wrote: "Here’s to a speedy recovery to our friend, Jay Leno who is one of the most genuine and generous folks on the planet. Get well soon, Jay."
Fans offered their well wishes to both men, with one person writing: "Wishing you both a speedy recovery. Missing you tons Al!!"
"I’m sure he is saying - back atcha," another penned. A third fan commented: "Yes! Wishing you both super speedy recoveries!!!"
Another said: "I sure hope you both are up and better soon. You 2 guys are awesome."
Al has been keeping fans updated on his health battles after being rushed to hospital and being forced to miss the Today Show for almost two weeks.
Sharing a picture of a flower bouquet on Instagram last week, he wrote: "So many of you have been thoughtfully asking where I’ve been.
"Last week I was admitted to the hospital with a blood clot in my leg which sent some clots into my lungs.
"After some medical whack-a-mole, I am so fortunate to be getting terrific medical care and on the way to recovery.
He then thanked fans for all of their support and added: "Hope to see you soon. Have a great weekend, everyone."
