The Tennessee Titans took their day off on Monday to bring in a bunch of players for workouts, a list that included a defensive lineman, multiple defensive backs and some kickers.
But before we get to the list of players, the Titans have yet another workout scheduled on Wednesday with wide receiver Martavis Bryant, which was reported on Monday.
Bryant was suspended indefinitely in 2018 for multiple violations of the NFL’s substance abuse policy. However, he was recently reinstated by commissioner Roger Goodell.
It remains to be seen what the 31-year-old has left, but it doesn’t hurt for the Titans to kick the tires on the veteran wideout, who most recently played in the XFL for the Vegas Vipers in 2023.

Now, a look at the list of players the Titans worked out, along with some information on each. Bear in mind, Tennessee lost kicker Cade York from the practice squad this week, so that’s why they’re looking at kickers.
DL Ross Blacklock
A former second-round pick of the Houston Texans, things didn’t work out for Blacklock in his two years in Houston, which led to him moving on to play for the Minnesota Vikings in 2022.
Blacklock has been with three of the four teams in the AFC South after spending stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts this season. The 6-foot-3, 290-pound lineman appeared in one game for Jacksonville.
DB Kendell Brooks
An undrafted free agent signing of the Arizona Cardinals out of Michigan State in 2023, Brooks has never played a snap in the NFL.
The 6-foot, 206-pound defensive back played safety for the Spartans and tallied 105 total tackles, four passes defensed, 3.5 tackles for loss and three forced fumbles.
In 2022, he finished with a career-high 100 tackles and had three pass break-ups along with three forced fumbles.
DB Keidron Smith
Smith is another defensive back who has never taken a snap in the NFL. He was originally an undrafted free-agent signing of the Miami Dolphins during this past offseason and also had a cup of coffee with the Washington Commanders.
The 6-foot-2, 201-pound defensive back played in 47 games at Ole Miss and 13 with Kentucky during his college days, playing at every spot in the secondary.
He finished his collegiate career with 269 tackles, 26 pass breakups, seven interceptions, six forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
CB Saivion Smith
The only experienced defensive back on the list, Smith has appeared in 10 games (two starts) since entering the league as an undrafted free-agent signing of the Jags in 2019.
He saw his first game action in 2020 with the Dallas Cowboys, playing in six games (one start). The 6-foot-1, 200-pound corner has also appeared in games with the Lions and San Francisco 49ers.
The majority of his playing time has come on special teams. Smith played in the XFL in 2020, tallying eight tackles and one pass defensed.
K John Parker Romo
After going undrafted in 2022, Parker Romo was inked by the New Orleans Saints but failed to make the 53-man roster. He also had cups of coffee with the Lions and Chicago Bears, although he’s never played in a game.
Parker Romo played in the XFL in 2023, making 17 of his 19 field goal attempts. He previously held the XFL record for the longest field goal (57 yards) before it was broken. He was named to the 2023 All-XFL team.
K Austin Seibert
Seibert has bounced around with four different teams in five seasons after being drafted in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns.
Seibert had a promising start to his career after making 86.2 percent of his field goals during his rookie season, but has struggled for the most part since.
The 26-year-old has been successful on 80.4 percent (45-56) of his field goal attempts over 31 career games. He most recently played for the New York Jets in 2023.
K Matthew Wright
Another experienced kicker, Wright has been successful on 87.0 percent of his field goals (40-46) over 23 career games with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Jaguars and Kansas City Chiefs. He hasn’t taken a snap in the NFL since 2022, though.
