The Tennessee Titans and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will both be looking to get back on track in Week 10 when they meet at Raymond James Stadium on Sunday.
Both teams sport a 3-5 record and are coming off a loss, but the Buccaneers are currently on a four-game losing streak after starting the campaign at 3-1.
Meanwhile, Tennessee maintained its inconsistent ways by dropping a Week 9 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers and once again failed to string together back-to-back wins, something this team hasn’t done in 2023.
If the Titans are able to win on Sunday, it would be their first road win of the season. Tennessee is currently 0-4 on the road, and 0-5 away from Nissan Stadium when you include their loss in London to the Baltimore Ravens.
Sportsbooks have Tampa Bay favored over Tennessee for this contest, but do experts feel the same way? Find out now as we go through our expert round-up for the Week 10 game.

Pete Prisco: Titans (23-17) – “The Titans are on the road for a second straight week as rookie Will Levis takes over as the full-time starting quarterback. The Bucs have lost four straight and their defense has been really bad the last few weeks. That’s good for Levis. It carries over here as the Titans win it.”

Vinnie Iyer: Bucs (24-21) – “Will Levis will be bright-eyed with his big arm trying to exploit a Buccaneers’ reeling pass defense that will be trying to pick up the pieces of being torched by Stroud. The good news is, the Titans’ run defense has suddenly become vulnerable and Rachaad White is hot. The Bucs can still slow Derrick Henry. Baker Mayfield also has the receivers to give the Titans’ corners trouble.”
Bill Bender: Bucs (26-24) – “Rookie quarterback Will Levis has done an admirable job the last two weeks, but the Titans still average 18.5 points per game. Tampa Bay is stuck in a four-game losing streak, but Baker Mayfield has not been the problem. It’s a virtual pick ‘em, so go with the home team in a tight one.”
The 33rd Team
The 33rd Team’s Week 10 pick
Ryan Reynolds: Bucs (20-17) – “Will Levis has shown some promise through his first two NFL games, so the Titans named him the starter for the rest of the season. Tampa Bay has a strong enough run defense that teams try to be more pass-centric against them. Unfortunately, the Buccaneers’ pass rush has a trench advantage in this contest. That puts a lot on Levis’ shoulders in his third start. One benefit for the Titans is they are coming off a long week, having played last Thursday. The Buccaneers’ ineffective running game will square off against Tennessee’s usually stout run defense. The Titans have a formidable front, but their secondary is beatable. If Tampa Bay produces any offense, Mayfield will need to provide it.”
