ESPN analytics has been much more kind to the Tennessee Titans than most people. They consistently have had the Titans ranking in the top half of the league in the majority of the win rates that they track.
The most head-scratching data revolves around the Titans’ offensive line, and more specifically when it comes to the team’s pass-blocking.
According to ESPN’s metrics, the Titans ranked right outside the top 10 over the first half of the season. However, over these last few weeks, the Titans have rightly started to fall in their rankings.
While they ended up slightly improving their pass-block win-rate ranking following their Week 12 victory over the Carolina Panthers, the Titans noticeably fell in nearly every other category.
Overall, Tennessee still ranks inside the top 20 when it comes to its win rates in pass-blocking, run-blocking, pass-rushing and run-stopping. Now, let’s find out exactly where the Titans stand in ESPN’s team win rates after 12 weeks.
