While the Titans attempted to mount a comeback against the Ravens in Week 6, they had to do so for much of the fourth quarter without quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who left the game with an apparent ankle injury.
The concern over the severity of Tannehill’s injury was amplified when he got to the sideline and backup quarterback Malik Willis was in the midst of warming up and set to step in. But shortly after that, Tannehill required the cart to take him back to the X-ray room to get his ankle/leg looked at.

Tennessee trailed 21-13 early in the fourth quarter at the time of Tannehill’s injury Sunday. This game is being played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London as part of the NFL’s International Series. Willis completed his first two passes after stepping in for Tannehill, who had completed 8-of-16 passes for 76 yards and one interception at the time of the injury.
