Ahead of the release of the team’s final injury report of the week, Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel revealed a handful of players who have been ruled out for the Week 15 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The biggest name of the group is no doubt defensive lineman Denico Autry, who returned to practice this week but was only able to get in limited sessions.
This will be the third game in a row Autry has sat out. The Titans have missed him dearly in the pass-rush, and his absence will be as prevalent as ever in a matchup with an elite passing attack like the Los Angeles Chargers’.
Mike Vrabel says Denico Autry is OUT for Sunday vs. Chargers

Autry was one of seven players Vrabel revealed had been ruled out for Week 15. Here’s a look at the other six (make sure to check back with Titans Wire later for the full injury reports for both the Titans and Chargers).
Out: WR Treylon Burks (concussion)
Burks, who has been the Titans’ best weapon through the air, will miss his second-straight game due to a concussion. This is bad news for a Titans team that will need to score a lot of points to win this game.
Out: CB Kristian Fulton (groin)
The Titans’ best cornerback, Fulton will be missing his second consecutive game as well, and the Titans won’t have his top backup, either. This is terrible news ahead of a game against the Chargers’ potent passing attack.
Out: CB Tre Avery (concussion)
That top backup is Avery, who was playing well before suffering a the head injury. It looks like Terrance Mitchell will start again, unless the Titans go in a different direction.
Out: S Amani Hooker (knee)
Hooker actually turned in a limited practice to start the week, but he didn’t practice on Thursday, which put his status in doubt. Andrew Adams will draw the start at safety, but the Titans also have to fill the void in the slot, where Hooker has seen time this season.
Out: RB Dontrell Hilliard (neck)
Hilliard was ruled out at the start of the week. It looks like Hassan Haskins will be back, giving the Titans Derrick Henry, Haskins and Julius Chestnut as their options. Tennessee also has Jonathan Ward on the practice squad.
Out: C.J. Board (rib)
Board, who has played mostly on special teams and has served as a return man, is out again this week, leaving the Titans even more short-handed at wide receiver.
