The process of finding a replacement for Mike Vrabel is well underway, with the Tennessee Titans having already interviewed a handful of candidates.
The five candidates the Titans have interviewed as of this writing include Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn, Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan, New York Giants offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, Las Vegas Raiders interim head coach Antonio Pierce and Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald.
The Titans also have an interview scheduled with Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator Thomas Brown, and the team has put out requests with four more candidates, including Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson and defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn, Houston Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik and Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Brian Johnson.

Titans to interview David Shaw
Former Stanford head coach David Shaw, who interviewed Thursday to become the Chargers’ head coach, will interview this weekend to become the Titans’ head coach, per source. This will be Shaw’s third NFL head coaching interview in the past year, along with the Broncos in 2023.

Titans want second interview with Brian Callahan
Per source, the Titans have contacted Bengals OC Brian Callahan to schedule a second (and in-person) interview for their head coach position. Callahan did a virtual interview last week. In-person interviews can’t start til next week. Titans still wrapping up virtuals this week.
