The Tennessee Titans closed out the offseason program on Wednesday with the final session of organized team activities, which came on the heels of Tennessee completing mandatory minicamp last week.
With OTAs in the books, the Titans will be off until late July, when training camp begins. After practice, Titans head coach Mike Vrabel confirmed the start date for training camp, which will be July 25.
Vrabel also noted that the time between now and training camp is crucial for players, who will be left to their own devices to prepare.
“Just in my experience as a player and a coach, what you do away from here when things aren’t planned or structured, are you able to get in a routine? So, what I want them to do is go prepare for a long, grueling season of professional football,” Vrabel said, per 104.5 The Zone.
“It’s the most critical five weeks of the season.”
