One man has come forward recalling the "haunting" exchange he had with Oceangate CEO Stockton Rush a day before the Titanic tourist submarine imploded underwater, killing all five aboard, including the businessman.
Arnie Weissmann, the editor-in-chief of Travel Weekly, claims the multi-millionaire bragged about buying expired materials at discounted prices.
Mr Weissmann admits that he was to be on that trip on the Titan submersible, but scheduling clashes made him reschedule.
