Internationally renowned watch specialist and Antiques Roadshow expert Ben Wright is inviting people to have their wristwatches and pocket watches valued at two free Scottish pop-up events this month.
Both events take place at the Malmaison Hotels in Glasgow and Edinburgh, with the Glasgow event hosted on Tuesday, September 22 at Malmaison Hotel, 278 W George St, G2 4LL and for Edinburgh on Wednesday September 23 at Malmaison Hotel, 1 Tower Place, EH6 7BZ.
There will also be the option to sell timepieces there and then, if owners decide the offered price works for them. Cotswolds-based Ben Wright is a respected buyer and seller of wristwatches internationally, as well as being a watch and clock specialist on the Antiques Roadshow television programme.
At the valuation event, owners will be able to meet Ben to discuss their watches and have them valued, before deciding whether the price is right for them to sell.
Ben is always looking for interesting pieces to add to his stock, which includes all kinds of wristwatches from leading makers including Patek Phillipe, Rolex, Audemars Piguet and Tudor, to name but a few.
Anyone who wants to attend the valuation day can either arrange an appointment beforehand, or simply go along to the events with their items from 10am until 5pm on the day.
