'Time to clean house': Indian-origin Texas GOP leader under fire, old 'domestic violence case' involving gun comes to surface

Indian-origin Texas GOP leader Abraham George came under fire after Republicans flipped a state Senate seat that historically remained with the Republicans. Democrat Taylor Rehmet defeated Republican Leigh Wambsganss by a decisive 57% to 43% in Tarrant County. The result is insignificant legislation-wise as the new candidate will now serve a year of the term, as it was a special election, as the incumbent moved to another post; but as far as political significance is concerned, the result is nothing short of an earthquake, according to experts.

While the MAGA blamed the Indian-American community for 'colonizing' Texas and voting for Dems, the Indian-origin GOP leader Abraham George came under fire. MAGA social media handles dug up his past brush with the law, demanding his elimination from the post.
