TikToker @Lynsey_Queenofclean shared a sunscreen stain removal hack on her account. In the video tutorial she posted, she recommended turning the stained item of clothing inside out and then running cold water from a tap under the affected area.

Next, she recommends grabbing some eucalyptus oil and then pouring that over the stain, liberally. Once you have done that, let it sit for an hour and then thoroughly rinse.

Then you should wash as you would normally wash the clothes in the machine, with similar colours. @Lynsey_Queenofclean then reveals the results of the stain-free results of the t-shirt in the video.

Another TikToker by the name of @jeeves_ny posted a tutorial on how to remove sunscreen stains from white clothing. The clip explains that sunscreen uses a chemical called avobenzone oxidation which is what can cause your clothes to stain or turn orange, if wearing white clothing, for example.

The first step in the video shows that you will need an acid like white vinegar or lemon juice to then squeeze this onto the sunscreen stain. Next, the TikTok video explains that you should cover the stained area with salt.

After completing the first two steps, you should then let the clothing sit overnight to dry and soak in the chemical-free ingredients you have poured on the stain-affected area.

The next morning, the stain should be removed. However, the TikToker also notes that you should try and get to the stain sooner rather than later to increase your chances of the stain removing.
