A mum on TikTok has joined thousands of other users in praising a “must have” high-tech sleep mask.
‘Music goggles’, made by Midy, combine the best aspects of sleep masks and headphones. The goggles have Bluetooth connectivity, enabling you to connect your phone with speakers built into the mask.
Buttons on the side of the mask enable you to pair devices and control the volume. Jenny, who on TikTok goes by @wingingmalife, described the mask as a “must have” for those with sleeping problems.

In a video, the mum said: “This post is for anyone who struggles with sleep, insomnia, sleep related disorders and migraines. I have something I think can help you.”
She added: “This is a sleep mask with built-in headphones. It has a speaker on either side, so once you’ve put it on, you can hook it up to your phone via Bluetooth and listen to music.”
Jenny said the mask shuts out all light and contains a Velcro strap to adjust for head size. She said: “If you struggle to get to sleep and need darkness but you still need a bit of music to help calm your mind, this is the thing for you.”
She also claimed the gadget helps her with her migraines. She said: "Even just using it as a mask works, because it is black-out, so comfortable and so easy to sleep in, it’s a win-win.”
Many viewers agreed with her recommendation. One said: “I absolutely love mine, so comfortable too.” Another added: “I have this and it is amazing!”
However, others were less positive about the sleep mask. One reviewer on TikTok shop said: "The headphones are two plastic square speakers, not comfortable at all." Another said: "The material is not as soft as it looks in the photos."
The #bluetoothsleepmask on TikTok has garnered over 547,000 views on the site. It is currently on sale for £9.99 on the TikTok shop as part of a flash sale.
