RAIPUR: More than 20 million voters, including over seven lakh first-time voters, are eligible to exercise their franchise in two phases of polling for the assembly elections scheduled for November 7 and 17 in Chhattisgarh.
Massive security arrangements will be in place during elections, particularly in the Maoist-affected areas of Bastar and other places.
