Tiger Woods has sparked fresh concern among golf fans after the 15-time major champion appeared in a rare pre-recorded video on Tuesday night in the United States, his first public sighting since a DUI arrest and a stint in Swiss rehab earlier this year.
Woods has largely disappeared from public view since a serious rollover car crash in March in South Florida. According to police, he was later charged with two misdemeanour counts, DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test, after officers allegedly found two opioid tablets in his pocket.
