Tiger Global-backed Moneyview sets IPO price band for Rs 1,092-crore offer. Check key dates, other details

Digital lending platform Moneyview, backed by investors such as Accel, Tiger Global and Ribbit Capital, has set the price band for its initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 32-34 per equity share. The IPO will open for subscription on September 24, with the company looking to raise Rs 1,091.61 crore through the issue.

The minimum bid is 441 shares, and investors can bid in multiples of that number. At the upper end of the price band, Moneyview will command an implied market capitalisation of Rs 5,984.79 crore.

The anchor investor portion will open on September 23, while the public issue will close on September 28. According to the red herring prospectus (RHP) filed on September 20, the IPO consists of a fresh issue of Rs 750 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 10.04 crore equity shares by promoters and existing investors.

Who will sell stake in Moneyview IPO?

Moneyview founders and promoters Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal will sell shares through the OFS, along with investors including Accel, Tiger Global Management, Ribbit Capital, DI Investment and Crimson Winter.

Of the total IPO size, 50% has been earmarked for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), while non-institutional investors (NIIs) will get 15% and retail investors the remaining 35%.

Moneyview runs a digital financial services platform that connects users with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), insurers and other financial institutions. As of June 2026, it had 14.03 crore registered users and 48 financial partners on its platform.

The company began offering personal loans through lending partners in FY17. In FY20, it started on-balance-sheet lending through its material subsidiary Whizdm Finance (WFPL). It has since added products and services spanning insurance, credit cards, digital gold, payments and earned wage access.

As of September 20, Accel was Moneyview's biggest shareholder with a 21.89% stake. Tiger Global Group, through Internet Fund III, held 13.79%, while promoter Sanjay Aggarwal owned 10.33%. Ribbit Capital and Puneet Agarwal held 10.2% and 8.66%, respectively.

Moneyview IPO proceeds, financials

Moneyview plans to allocate Rs 325 crore from the net proceeds of the fresh issue towards increasing loan disbursals under default loss guarantee (DLG) arrangements. It will invest another Rs 250 crore in Whizdm Finance to strengthen its capital base, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes.

The company's profit jumped 159% year-on-year to Rs 174 crore in the quarter ended June 2026, compared with Rs 67.15 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations rose 50.2% to Rs 1,041.1 crore from Rs 693 crore during the same period.

For FY26, Moneyview's profit rose 1% to Rs 242.7 crore from Rs 240.3 crore in the previous fiscal year. Revenue climbed 43.3% to Rs 3,351.2 crore, up from Rs 2,339.1 crore a year earlier.

Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, IIFL Capital Services and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company are acting as merchant bankers for the IPO. The allotment of Moneyview IPO shares is expected to be completed on September 29, while trading in the company's shares is scheduled to commence on October 1.
