Ticketmaster has issued a warning after some fans encountered problems with their Eurovision 2023 tickets.
All nine of the family and jury shows are to take place next week at the M&S Bank Arena for the Song Contest. Thousands of music fans from all over the world are set to be in attendance to support their favourite artists and home countries.
However, some fans have taken to social media to express concern about how their tickets to the Pier Head venue have yet to be activated.

One fan, @trav3lboi wrote to Ticketmaster on Twitter, asking: “Any ideas when the tickets for #Eurovision will be activated? I see people attending shows after me with full tickets now yet nothing for the preview shows early in the week?!”
Another fan, @jordanladley, replied citing they had the same problem, before adding: “Same here. Nothing has appeared yet.”
Ticketmaster told the ECHO what fans should do if they experience this problem.
A spokesperson for the American ticket sales and distribution company said: “If the order is showing in your account please choose the ‘Select Your Order’ option - click on the order in your Upcoming Events page, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the ‘Need Help With This Order?’ button.
“If the order isn’t showing in your account, please select the ‘Submit a Request’ option.”
The spokesperson said the company are unable to discuss further details on social media but has advised that if you have submitted your request via the form, the team will be in touch with you as soon as they can and in time for the event.
It will be the first time the has UK hosted the annual competition in 25 years.
Around 6,000 fans are expected to be inside the arena for each of the shows. Princes ranged from £90 to £290 for the live semi-finals, whereas they varied from £160 to £380 for the live grand final. Preview shows ranged from £30 to £280.
Tickets for the live show of the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final have now sold out but limited and low availability remains for shows throughout the week.
