Thug who left victim with a black eye accused her of being a drama queen

A brute who gave his victim a black eye accused her of being a "drama queen" when she wouldn't stop screaming.

Grant Sneddon had previously throttled his victim for at least 10 minutes as he lay on top of her in their bed.

After he punched her, the victim fled to Sneddon's mother for help and she branded her son's behaviour "unacceptable".
