Four people stabbed in broad daylight in London’s busy Covent Garden

• A woman has been arrested after four men were stabbed in Covent Garden , central London , on Wednesday afternoon.
• Police were called at 12.27pm to Endell Street, where they found four men, aged 34, 39, 42 and 52, with stab wounds.
• All four victims were taken to a major trauma centre; two have since been discharged, while the other two remain in hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening or life-changing.
• A 47-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and assault, and she is currently in custody.
• Authorities believe the incident was isolated and mental health-related, with a pair of scissors recovered at the scene.
