Three people rushed to hospital after single-car crash on quiet Meath road

Three people were rushed to hospital after a single car crash on a rural Meath road.

Gardai and emergency services rushed to the scene of the collision on the R162 near Nobber just after 1:20am this morning.

All three people were rushed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.

Gardai are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage to come forward.

They said: "Navan Gardai are appealing for witnesses to a single vehicle collision which occurred on the R162, Nobber at around 1.20am this morning.

"All three occupants of the vehicle were taken to Our Lady of Lourdes hospital in Drogheda.

"Gardai would like to speak to anybody who was travelling in the area at the time and who may have dash-cam footage.

"Anyone with information is asked to contact Navan Garda Station on 046 9079930 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111."
