ICE agents allegedly run over man on an e-bike, then handcuff him: ‘So they run him over, breaking his arm, and still cuffed him?’

A 40-year-old California man was left injured after an alleged encounter with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Long Beach. Ricardo Gonzalez’s daughter, Leslie Gonzalez, says he was riding his e-bike when an unmarked federal vehicle reportedly ran him over, after which agents allegedly tasered him twice and handcuffed him despite his injuries, according to Long Beach Watchdog.

The incident reportedly occurred near East 56th Street and Elm Avenue in North Long Beach. Stop ICE Net, a local immigration activist group, shared videos of the encounter and alleged that agents pinned Gonzalez to the ground and restrained him while he was in pain. Footage shows him lying face down in a gutter, moaning and shouting that his arm was broken as agents handcuffed him.
