Three people were rushed to hospital after a horror crash on a notorious accident blackspot in Cork on Monday morning.
The two-car collision occurred at around 11.30 am on the N20 at Kilmona near Waterloo - a spot which has seen multiple road incidents in the last few years.
CorkBeo report that multiple emergency vehicles attended the scene including ambulances, units of Cork City Fire Brigade and Mallow Fire service and Gardai from the city.

An eye-witness who passed the accident shortly after it occurred said the collision looked "very serious."
The three casualties were seen by paramedics on the scene and were brought to CUH to be treated for their injuries.
Gardai closed the road at Kilmona Cross, between Glencaum and the Ballymartin, and a section the N20 was shut in both directions. Motorists were diverted and there were long delays as heavy traffic built up on the side roads in the Lower Kilmona area.
The road reopened fully shortly after 2 pm.
It is the second time in two weeks that a multi-vehicle collision has occurred in the area.
On August 29th, multiple fire units and ambulances attended the scene of the of the four-vehicle collision. One man was taken to CUH following the crash.
