Federal regulators have authorized three more Juul products for sale in the United States, and the detail that separates this decision from the last one is nicotine strength. The newly cleared pods contain roughly half the nicotine of the Juul pods the agency authorized in July 2025.
The authorization covers the Juul2 device along with a tobacco-flavored pod and a menthol-flavored pod, all made by Juul Labs Inc. The agency issued the decision on August 28 through the premarket tobacco product application pathway, and it moved into wider news coverage this week.
