The swearing-in ceremony of the Cabinet Ministers witnessed several interesting moments.
Three Ministers, Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy, Adimulapu Suresh and Ushasri Charan took the oath of secrecy in English, while the rest of the Ministers preferred Telugu.
Some of the Ministers immediately after the oath bent down to touch either the feet or hands of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, drawing loud applause from the audience.
Unprecedented bandobast arrangements were done by the police and separate galleries were allotted for All India Service Officers, media and family members of the new Ministers.
Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy took a group photo along with the new Ministers at a separate enclosure and later hosted a high-tea for MLAs, MLCs and officials.
