Three held in Greece over deadly bomb attacks targeting ruling party politicians

Greek anti-terrorist police on Friday arrested three people over a series of firebomb attacks targeting politicians from the governing New Democracy party. The coordinated attacks, carried out on July 1, included a deadly explosion in the northern city of Thessaloniki that killed the mother of a parliamentary candidate, authorities said.
