British health officials are investigating a fatal listeria outbreak which has been linked to desserts served in NHS hospitals.

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and Food Standards Agency (FSA) are investigating five cases of people falling ill with listeria after eating the puddings in hospital.
